SHIPPING CHARGES
All orders exceeding Rs. 2,499 are eligible for free shipping.
Payment Methods: We currently accept prepaid orders only through online payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets.
Orders below Rs. 2,499 will be charged a flat shipping rate of Rs. 149.
SHIPPING SERVICES
We provide standard shipping services across India.
Standard Shipping: The delivery timeframe for this shipping option ranges from 3 to 7 business days, contingent upon the destination. Orders are dispatched using road transportation for efficient and reliable delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We provide a 30-day return period from delivery date for most items. Check individual product pages for specific return eligibility details. For return approval, please submit clear photographs, detailed video documentation explaining any issues, and comprehensive information highlighting the concern. Always review product exclusions before starting a return request.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or model? Choose our convenient doorstep collection service and select refund to original payment method. Processing begins within 24-48 hours of pickup, allowing you to place a new order for your preferred item.
Prefer a Direct Refund?
Simply contact us for return authorization. We'll process your refund to the original payment method after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection.
RETURN COLLECTION & SHIPPING METHODS
Choose from two convenient return options:
Doorstep Collection: We provide return collection services across most Indian locations. A ₹250 collection fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Service availability depends on courier partner coverage in your area.
Self-Ship Option: If you prefer shipping the item yourself or if collection service isn't available in your location, you can courier the product directly to our warehouse facility.
REFUND PROCESSING AFTER RETURNS
Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed following physical inspection of the returned product. Processing times vary based on shipping duration and banking/payment gateway timelines. Estimated Processing Time: 7-10 Days
Note: Self-shipped returns follow standard processing timelines only after we receive and inspect the item at our facility.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition
- Items must retain original condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact
- Packaging should be undamaged, unopened, and unaltered
- Valid receipt or purchase proof required
- Any promotional items included with the purchase must be returned together
- All products must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage or component loss
- Unboxing video from sealed package to product inspection must be provided
RETURN PROCEDURE

- Return Authorization: Once approved, we'll arrange pickup for doorstep collection or provide our warehouse address for self-shipping
- Quality Inspection: Upon receiving your item, we conduct thorough inspection and quality checks. If approved, refund processing begins immediately
- Failed Quality Check: If the product doesn't meet return standards, it will be shipped back to your address at your expense

Refurbished products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Important: We are not responsible for products shipped to our facility without prior return authorization and approval.
